About the event

About the guinea pigs:
These babies belong to the litter of Francine, one of our newest additions to the rescue. Francine was brought into our rescue along with 35+ other guinea pigs from the hoarding situation in Wasilla recently. These guinea pigs were living outside in terrible conditions, and many guinea pigs like Francine were also pregnant upon rescue. Francine herself struggles with malnutrition as do most of the other guinea pigs that were rescued in this group. Francine has been living with one of our fosters, with lots of attention and care while healing so that she too can one day find a forever home. She overcame birt…
